Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the photos we provide are optimized for web view following the copyright guidelines. We never alter any picture to an extent where it may look fully different, but the color and quality may seem a bit different on screen than on real life.

We try our best to provide you the most original feel of any product. the lighting condition during photograph and also the display quality of the device you are viewing our website has a huge impact on that.

But we can assure you that we will send you the same exact product that you see on our website, and we always maintain quality of each order we receive.

How can I return an item?

You need to inform us about any dispute you face regarding our products. We will then guide you through the "return" process.

A few things need to be considered before we can open a return request for your order, please read these carefully before submitting any return note to us:

  • No physical damage was done to the product due to your poorly handling of the product.
  • You have the order receipt/invoice copy for that specific order of which you want to open return request.
  • You have received the wrong order mistakenly.
  • No return requests will be valid after 7days of the delivery date of that order.
  • We have already denied your return request for any given valid reason. (The reason will obviously be mentioned to you)
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Products restock totally depends on availability and demand.
We can't promise restocking of any unit, but we always try our best to fulfill your requests.

You can ask for a "pre-order" if you badly need any products. We do take pre-order under certain conditions. (We will provide details in the future) 

Where can I ship my order?

We ship all over Bangladesh. You can receive our products through Sundarban Courier & S.A. Paribahan Courier service and many more other services inside Bangladesh.

If you are within Dhaka - We will send the product to you via available delivery service. You can expect to get your order within 24-48hours from order placement.

For orders outside Dhaka - You can expect to receive the order within 48-120hours.
